OVERVIEW & STRATEGY

A major brick and mortar university wished to expand its Online graduate degree programs and selected Greenwood & Hall to create a comprehensive enrollment management solution. Greenwood & Hall provides all lead follow-up/qualification, prospect development, enrollment/admissions counseling, and supports the student throughout the enrollment process from inquiry to application to enrollment. The solution was designed to meet recruitment goals and assist with retention.

This university required a full service solution that worked seamlessly with the school`s framework and integrated Greenwood & Hall`s proprietary lead management system with the school`s student information system.

METHODOLOGY

To supplement conversion and student service, Greenwood & Hall`s methodology has been centered around the following key elements:

1) Education Service Associates (ESAs) who are trained telesales professionals with education sales backgrounds utilize state-of-the-art technology and contact strategies to contact all incoming leads with a personal phone call within five (5) minutes.

2) Qualified leads are immediately handed off by ESAs to Enrollment Counselors who manage the student through the entire admissions process, providing the student with the stability and comfort of a single point of contact.

3) Email marketing is employed to keep in constant touch and communication with prospective students while promoting the benefits of the school`s program and completing a degree program in general.

4) Fully custom, marketing oriented websites are maintained that provide the school with a marketing website that is rich with program content, benefits, and information about the school and all applicable degree programs.

5) A funnel process that maximizes student contacts/service, new enrollments, and overall retention.

6) Overall methods that maximize conversion but equally emphasize education and giving the student the absolute impression they are working with school enrollment counselors versus an outside company, call center, etc.

7) Employing our unique education experience to support the process. Greenwood & Hall employs higher education professionals who were deans of admission, assistant directors of admission, directors of financial aid, and enrollment professionals providing a level of experience that is truly unique and well integrated with Greenwood & Hall`s marketing know-how.

Greenwood & Hall has exceeded new student enrollment goals. Greenwood & Hall has significantly exceeded goals as they relate to the number of course taken by new students for the past 3 of 3 terms. In one term, lead to enrollment (conversion) rate doubled expectations.

This program has gone so well that this school employed Greenwood & Hall to handle its much larger online undergraduate programs handling nearly triple the lead volume and providing all on-going reenrollment counseling services.
