Scholastic Advantage Solutions (SAS)

Greenwood & Hall’s SAS program provides both Enrollment and Admission support as well as On-Going Student Retention services.

Through a blend of contact center core competencies, including inbound and outbound multi-lingual calling, email and web chat correspondence, our highly-trained and dedicated Enrollment Counselors work as an extension of our client and works hand-in-hand with corresponding University departments.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit prospective students who have expressed interest in the program through telemarketing and tele-counseling
  • Assist students with completing the online applications
  • Process Application Fees (credit card payments over the phone)
  • Conduct Application Document Follow-Ups (inbound and outbound)
  • Send Email Messages
  • Financial Aid Advising (Level 1 – How to apply)
  • Advise students on course selection
  • Register students for first term courses
  • Reenrollment
  • Other counseling and advising as needed
  • Reminder Call to students prior to the start of the term
  • No Show Call to students who have not logged in after the start of the term
  • Welcome Call to Enrolled Students
Our team consists of over 100 Enrollment Counselors (ECs), all of which have Bachelor’s degrees and most hold a Master’s Degree. This team handles inbound calls from traditional marketing and responds to online leads delivered in real-time to Greenwood & Hall.
