Financial Aid Solutions (FAS)
Greenwood & Hall offers over 120 Financial Aid Associates based out of our corporate facility in Santa Ana, CA, as well as our BCS (Bryan/College Station, TX) facility. The latter of which was a recent acquisition of Nelnet’s FAS Division and Education Support Services.
Call Handling Responsibilities
All Financial Aid Calls Supported by Greenwood & Hall Financial Aid Associates
Handle general bursar questions and financial aid questions (including federal, state, and institutional information)
Request for information and materials
Financial Aid and Bursar status questions on a student-specific level from student information and financial aid systems via secure data exchange.
Loan Status questions, including anticipated disbursement date and date funds credited to student’s account.
Case notes will be logged by Greenwood & Hall in the student information system as appropriate.
By request, Greenwood & Hall can warm transfer calls to the Bursar Office and Financial Aid office as deemed necessary by school.
Greenwood & Hall will refer caller to appropriate office if escalation is required without need for warm transfer.
