John R. Hall, Chief Executive Officer & Co- Founder
John Hall has been integrally involved in the direct response marketing and telecommunications industries since 1992. At G2 Direct Response Services, Mr. Hall developed and oversaw a professional sales organization that transformed G2 into a leading provider of high-end direct response marketing and corporate outsourcing solutions to high-profile call center clients, including Gemstar-TV Guide, Time Warner Cable, and Sony Pictures.

In 1997, Mr. Hall co-founded Greenwood & Hall to provide direct response and emerging e-commerce companies with integrated telemarketing, customer care, payment processing, and product fulfillment solutions. Greenwood & Hall is now recognized as a leading provider of contact center, logistics, and media related solutions to a variety of sectors.

At Greenwood & Hall, Mr. Hall oversees business development, corporate strategy and development, public and corporate relations, legal affairs, product development, and the management of the Company`s expansive telecommunication`s infrastructure and networks. Mr. Hall also manages projects of national interest for Greenwood & Hall. These projects have included the dedication of the National World War II Memorial, the dedication of the Marine Corps. Museum, White House Conference on Aging, the United States Department of Defense Freedom Walk events, the “Shelter From The Storm” multi-network telethon for victims of Hurricane Katrina, and most recently American Idol Gives Back.

Mr. Hall received his B.A. in Political Science and his Masters Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pepperdine University.

Zan Greenwood, Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Prior to joining the direct response marketing and call center industries, Zan Greenwood was a highly respected and innovative management figure in the retail industry. Mr. Greenwood joined G2 Direct Response Services in 1991 and was quickly charged with overseeing G2`s operations and technical infrastructure. He played an instrumental role in transforming G2 from a stagnant answering service and message center into a leading direct response marketing and professional call center organization that made G2`s growth and expansion possible.

In 1997, Mr. Greenwood co-founded Greenwood & Hall. At Greenwood & Hall, Mr. Greenwood oversees the Company’s Technical Services Division, research and development activities, and the management of substantial technical infrastructure and operating systems.

Mr. Greenwood did undergraduate work at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, California, and has received certificates and instruction from leading human resources, sales training and technical management programs.

Katherine Post Hall, Chief Financial Officer
Katherine Post Hall is a seasoned business executive with a diverse range of experience in financial management, corporate operations, and marketing. Before entering the direct marketing industry, Ms. Hall was a leader in the building industry serving as a structural engineer, architect, and real estate developer. As the founder and CEO of a distinguished development firm, Ms. Hall developed, built, marketed, and managed multi-million dollar projects.

Since coming to Greenwood & Hall in 2000, she has applied her extensive business expertise as a builder and successfully applied it to direct response marketing, advertising, and media placement segments.

Ms. Hall received her B.A. and Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Rodney H. Swearengin, General Manager
Rodney H. Swearengin has been intimately involved in the direct response and telesales industries since 1994 when he joined Games 2 Learn, the creator of The Phonics Game. There, Mr. Swearengin oversaw customer service operations and demonstrated a unique ability to develop highly innovative customer retention programs. Under Mr. Swearengin`s management, merchandise return rates sharply declined while consumer satisfaction dramatically increased.

In 1999, Mr. Swearengin joined Greenwood & Hall. Hired as a customer service supervisor, Mr. Swearengin has become an integral part of the executive management team having oversight of the general operations of the company. Most recently, Mr. Swearengin was instrumental in Greenwood & Hall’s Media Division, iSynergistics and now serves as the new division’s chief administrator.

Mr. Swearengin received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Biola University and his Masters of Arts in Philosophy from the Claremont Graduate School.

Brad Johnson, Executive Vice President, Sales
Mr. Brad Johnson is a seasoned sales professional having worked for a series of application and customer care service providers. In 1999, Mr. Johnson was instrumental in the success of InsurQuote Systems, Inc., an insurance rating engine that allowed online consumers to compare rates from several providers. Common in the marketplace, comparison shopping sites were just getting started in the late `90`s and InsurQuote`s model became the foundation for several companies and web sites. During his tenure, Mr. Johnson helped garner and manage Fortune 1000 accounts and top-tier consumer product web sites, including Fidelity Investments, Intuit.com, and Autobytel.com. In 2001, he became the Business Development Manager for InsurQuote System’s parent company, ACP Interactive. ACP provided Interactive Voice Response solutions to its clients. Within six months, Mr. Johnson was appointed to the role of Sales Director after completing ‘first of its kind’ deals with clients that included Matrix Direct Life Insurance Services and a major NBC Sports promotion partner for its Winter Olympics telecast.

At Greenwood & Hall, Mr. Johnson is responsible for developing strategic long-term relationships by providing a fully customizable, state-of-the-art slue of media, fulfillment and customer care solutions. This solution set allows clients to be most profitable and helps maximize their customer relationships. Before joining InsurQuote, Mr. Johnson worked as an Intern in the Public Relations and Media Divisions for the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club and the West Coast Athletic Conference.

Mr. Johnson graduated in 1995 with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina.

Art Stenmo, Vice President of Higher Education & Enrollment Services
Art Stenmo’s experience in higher education spans over 20 years with leadership positions at three different institutions. Most recently, Art served six years as director of admission for Pitzer College, helping it become one of the most selective liberal arts colleges in the country. Prior to his work at Pitzer, Art also worked in the California State University system as director of student outreach and recruitment for Cal Poly Pomona where he successfully unified and streamlined the recruitment efforts in a complex university environment. He devoted 10 years of service in admissions at the University of La Verne before being promoted to director of academic advising and enrollment services from 1996-1998. At La Verne, Art chaired the strategic planning committee for the division of Enrollment Services.

Active on various professional committees, Art served as an executive board member for the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC) and a delegate for the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) from 2003-2006. Currently, Art is the founder and CEO of College Visions, a consulting firm that provides independent college admission counseling for prospective students and enrollment management consulting for educational institutions.

Art holds a Master of Arts from Stanford University in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of La Verne.

Kym Tran, Vice President, Operations
Kym Tran has a diverse understanding of the production, operations and IT sides of the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Greenwood & Hall, Mr. Tran held the position of Business Analyst/Programmer at Claritas, Inc., a leading business demographics software firm. Following Claritas, Mr. Tran joined Novastar Mortgage as a loan officer and worked his way up to the position of Corporate Trainer where he helped new branches nationwide create best practices and trained loan officers.

After Novastar, Mr. Tran set-up and ran his own retail branch for a leading nationwide mortgage company with great success. Mr. Tran was ultimately recruited by one of Greenwood & Hall’s sister companies, South Coast Funding. Mr, Tran’s superior performance as a manager at South Coast resulted in him being hired for his current position at Greenwood & Hall. In his role, Mr. Tran is responsible for overseeing Greenwood & Hall’s extensive mortgage marketing operations and key IT functions. Mr. Tran’s extensive background in data analysis, software integration, training, IT, and retail loan origination management provides Greenwood & Hall and its clients with valuable expertise necessary for any successful mortgage marketing campaign.

Mr. Tran holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego.

Lana Karim, Vice President, Client Services
Prior to joining Greenwood & Hall in 2006 as the Director of Client Services, Ms. Karim spent five years working within television specialty markets as a host with Fox Sports’ subsidiary Fuel TV, and with Showtime Networks. Ms. Karim then transitioned her career into the retail lending industry where she succeeded quickly by studying the many aspects within the consumer lending world at Benchmark Mortgage and later at Countrywide as a Wholesale Account Manager. At Countrywide, Ms. Karim managed key business relationships and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

At Greenwood & Hall, Ms. Karim manages each aspect of the client experience including new program implementations, all client communications, client satisfaction, and keeping in constant touch with Greenwood & Hall clientele to make sure Greenwood & Hall is always proactively addressing changing client requirements.

Tyler Sheridan, IT Director
Mr. Sheridan has 6 years in the Telecommunications Industry with an emphasis eCRM Technologies.

Mr. Sheridan has provided sound Technical Solutions for the variety of verticals that Greenwood & Hall operates with-in. Mr. Sheridan contributes to Greenwood & Hall`s steady push forward with Strategic Business Planning by leading efforts with all new technologies.

As an IT Director, Mr. Sheridan is tasked with carrying the company’s technological vision with his focus on eCRM Systems, Network and Database Administration for the company’s vast contact center operations.

Mr. Sheridan has earned his Bachelor`s Degree in Networking and Communications Management at DeVRY University.
